Custom Apparel & Accessories

For new clients, we require an initial consultation. During this time, we take your measurements, assess your needs, and determine the styles that best suit your body. The consultation takes about one hour and the $150 fee is non-refundable.

If you decide to go ahead with an order, the consultation fee is deducted from the total amount of your order.

Our bodies change over time. So to ensure the correct fit, you must be re-measured each year.

Fitting Process

There are two or three fittings that are required for each garment. Each fitting appointment takes about 30 minutes.

If you want to make an order after your consultation, we require a 50% deposit on the balance of your order before the first fitting.

First Fitting

For the first fitting, you will try on a trial garment or muslin. At this time, we will fine tune the fit. We require 25% of the balance to be paid at this time.

Second Fitting

During the second fitting, any further adjustments to the fit will be done.

Third Fitting for Pants Only

Because the fitting of the crotch of pants is more involved, a second fitting in a muslin is often required. At this time, we will further adjust the fit of the garment.

During the third fitting, you will try on the garment in the actual fabric you have selected. The fitting will be assessed and finalized at this stage.


We will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. The remaining 25% balance of your order is due at pick-up.

Custom Patio Upholstery

For umbrella skins or patio chair upholstery, we require accurate measurements.

To this end, we require the original umbrella skin or a sample of the patio upholstery that requires replacement to be sent to us.



Since each item that we make is custom-made for you, the cost of each item is determined by the materials and labour involved.

We will give you an estimate of the cost if you are interested in placing an order.


We accept cash only, and we issue receipts for all purchases.

All prices are subject to 13% HST.
